Herbal Recipe: Allergy Soother Tea for Weather Changes

This is my favorite thing to drink right now! One of my main jobs is voice acting, so protecting my vocal chords is a big deal. This tea tastes yummy and soothes my sore throat and achey joints that come with spring season.

1 Tablespoon marshmallow root

1 Tablespoon stinging nettle leaf

1 1/2 teaspoons Republic of Tea Moroccan Mint (or you can use your favorite mint if you wan to stay all herbal)

1 pinch catnip (just to make it sassy)

I use this to make 1 good sized mug of tea. Brew about 10-12 minutes.
