Main Recipe:
2 cups of broccoli slaw
1/3 cup Craisins
1 Tablespoon Ken’s Lite Honey Mustard Dressing
2 Tablespoons No Calorie Honey Mustard Dressing (Walden Farms)
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro (optional)
Blend the dressings, cilantro, and lime juice separately from the other ingredients, then mix to blend. If possible, make ahead 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Eat within 2 days or it starts to get weird in flavor and texture.
Calories: 76 calories per half cup / 152 calories per cup
