This is a great side or even a snack. It literally takes just a few minutes to make.
For one serving:
1 cup of broccoli (cleaned and chopped into bit sized pieces)
1 Tablespoon shredded sharp cheddar
2 teaspoon bacon crumbles (from the salad aisle)
2 Tablespoons light ranch
1 Tablespoon low fat milk
Thin your ranch out with the milk (I personally like to do this anyway just so it coats my salad better). Then blend all ingredients and enjoy.
You can eat immediately or let it sit overnight in the fridge for the next day to let the flavors blend.
Very low cal and a great way to eat more vegetables!
