Herbal Recipe: Tea for Soothing Nausea

Brew together:

2 teaspoons dried red clover

1/2 teaspoon dried peppermint

1/2 teaspoon dried green tea of your favorite flavor (optional)

1 teaspoon dried alfalfa

Steep for 5 – 8 minutes.

Sweeten with honey or raw sugar, as desired.
